I have just un-boxed the earbuds. I tried to charge it but it is neither charging nor tuning on. I unplugged and plugged several times. I tried multiple USB charging sources. I tried hard reset as well but no luck. The earbuds aren't just charging. Please help. I need the product replaced. I contacted the seller and they have advised me to connect with you guys as it should be covered under warranty from the date of purchase which is not even 3 days back. I have submitted 3 requests with Jaybird already but all are in vain. All the tickets are in Open status for last 3 days. Please expedite the process.
