Headphones switch off automatically
Hi, I bought my Jaybirds in 2016 and they worked fine all this time until few days ago. They switch off automatically after comnecting for few seconds. I tried the factory reset and few other button combinations I found online but nothing seems to be working. Am I able to fix them mysef or send them to support?
