I received a replacement pair of X4s last November as a warranty replacement after my first set failed with a constant red LED. I have now had these new ones for only 4 months and they have failed too! This pair are showing the constant green light when plugged in and will not turn on. The usual advice offered will not work as I cannot even turn these on.
There seem to be a number of issues with these buds as reading these forums there are a large number of people experiencing the same issues. I look forward to hearing from you regards the best way to rectify my latest problem.
