Jaybird x4s wont show up on devices
I tried to connect my x4s to my phone, tablet, or computer and, I turn them on, hear the pairing prompt, go to Bluetooth, and look for new devices, and its not there. My gadgets arent the problem because I can connect other headphones to them, I tried resetting them, but nothing works, Can someone please help me.

Thank you for reaching out. I'll be happy to help you with this one.There are several things to consider when this sort of problem arises:
-Did you change update anything on your phone/other devices?
-Did they use to pair before?
-Are the buds' (X4) specifications compatible with that of your devices?
-If you reset your X4's, were you also able to reset your phone/other device prior to re-paring?
-Are your devices of the same brand/manufacturer?
-Is there room for your devices to discover the buds? Please note that Bluetooth lists have a limit of the number of devices it can remember
-Do you get any error when attempting to connect?
