I can't log into my Reign App, it says an exception has occurred? I understand the app has been removed from the store, but can I still access it's features?

Hi Aaron,
Thank you for joining the community and for posting your query. I can definitely help you with this one.
On October 31, 2018 server support for Reign ended.
This change will result in you no longer being able to access your Reign history. You will still be able to use the app for daily monitoring.
