    Please check if the buds are selected as default for call audio. A good indicator is that the sound will come out of your phone instead of the buds. Also, kindly check the volume limit of your buds as it depends on the app and device that you're using.

    You can further isolate the issue by connecting the buds to a different device or a device with a different OS.

    Hi Bruce, 

    Thanks for the response. Can I clarify? Are you saying that it will be considered default if the sound is coming out of the phone instead of the buds? That doesn't sound quite right to me. Surely the point of the buds is so the sound doesn't come out of the phone. 
    Also, can you advise how to check the volume limit. Is this in the jaybird app or in the phone?
