No sound coming out of the left earbud

    -Check the buds, make sure they're clean and free of debris

    -Isolate the issue by testing using a different device or a device with a different OS

    -Checking the voice prompts if it plays on both sides

    Have checked everything and restarted all units no sound on the left side
