Earbuds turn off before I can do anything about it

    Hello,

    My Tarah earbuds are also shutting off as soon as I turn them on. They won't go past 60% charged regardless of how long I charge them for. I've tried resetting them but it hasn't worked. Could someone send me that email as well so I can use my headphones again? Thank you!

    I have the same issue. my Tarah Pro earbuds. They were working well, but today happened, the same issue and I have tried everything and nothing works. Please, we need some help here.
