I have only had my Jaybird vistas for a couple of month. 4 days ago the left bud cut out while in use. I put both back in the case, plugged them in and charged for a few hours. But the problem was still the same. I checked for debris and charging prongs. The right bud is fully charged. I followed the instructions for the hard reset and now it’s not pairing to my phone (also followed instructions). I’ve tried multiple times, closing the case, opening the case, long hold on the button and the light flashes (like in pairing mode) 3 times and then turns off. I have updated my jaybird app and even borrowed a friends case but nothing has worked. Please help, I rely so heavily on these and would hate to spend isolation without them.
