I'm on my second set of Vistas after the first set was replaced by Jaybird when the right bud lost all volume. The first set I used daily for runs and on calls at work. They worked for about 3 months before the right bud went bad. None of the troubleshooting worked. After getting a new set I barely used them, after another few months the same problem came up. The right bud lost all volume, even though the controls still worked. Tried all the resets and tried pairing the buds with a bunch of different devices all with the same result. Finally I tried contacting customer support only to find that the email I used the first time doesn't work anymore. So I had to go through the web form, I didn't get a response until I started complaining in the community area and upvoting other right bud problem comments. Finally I got an email on March 25 and had to go through telling them I already tried the resets, getting them proof of purchase, serial numbers, etc. Well in that time I got an email saying to send my address and they would send me a replacement. I responded saying I would accept a replacement if that was my only option, but I would prefer a refund. I have no faith that they are going to be able to fix the right bud issue and I have no desire to deal with customer service for a third time. That was a week ago and still no word if a replacement had been sent or if I can get a refund.
