Right earbud stopped working. Factory reset didn't work. Now buds not pairing with phone.

    I have had the same issue with two sets of Vistas, the second was actually a replacement sent to me because of the first right earbud going bad. At this point Jaybird needs to issue a recall or refunds because the issue is ongoing and obviously not getting fixed.

    And you are not able to update the buds when you can't connect via bluetooth. What is the fix?

    You are not alone, the exact same thing happened to me a few days ago. The email I got from the support after I contacted them is the same laughable no-response someone else posted here in the forum earlier, along the lines "support team is only copy pasting your FAQ section from your website" - mine was from "Adarsh V".

     

    Very disappointing.

    Yep, looks like this is happening to a few of us and Jaybird are ignoring us all. Great work, Jaybird. I'll certainly be spreading the word on social media on this one.
