    Hello Meem Leo,

Thank you for joining the community and for posting your query. I can definitely help you with this one.

The Jaybird Tarah Pro does not have the multipoint feature nor an update if this will be available. I can confirm that this is not included in the latest available firmware update.

I understand that you recently bought the buds. If you purchased them directly from us, please take advantage of the 30-day money back guarantee.

You can find the return link here:

    Bruce,

I am currently returning my Tarah Pros due to the fact that it does not have multipoint as well. I really loved all other aspects of the headphones but with the current global situation requiring a lot of individuals to work from home streaming music and working from a worktop simultaniously, this is a very big shortcoming for these headphones.

I understand that the reason multipoint isn't available for the headphones is to ensure that the 14 hour battery life that is specified is not comprimised. However, if I had the option to download a firmware patch to allow multipoint on my device knowing that it may comprimise battery life slightly, I would do it.

Really, I dont think this would be very much for your team at Jaybird to complete, its not like its unknown code that needs to be developed to allow for the multipoint connection.

I'm dissapointed that this one shortcoming is the reason I am having to return the headphones that I otherwise really enjoy.. If you do update this feature in the future I would be more than happy to repurchase them.

Why does it not?? I just bough my Tarah Pro because it says explicitly here that it does support this:
    https://www.jaybirdsport.com/en-us/jaybird-support/jaybird-tarah/faq/pairing/can-i-connect-my-tarah-earbuds-to-two-devices-simultaneously.html

That was the whole reason for buying it! I followed the below instructions, but when I connect the second device the first disconnects. Now I can't return them to the shop! :( :( :( :( :(

    -----------------------------------------------------

Can I connect my Tarah earbuds to two devices simultaneously?

Yes, multipoint allows you to connect to two devices at the same time. For example, you can be connected to your laptop and to your mobile phone. While listening to music on your laptop, you will be able to accept an incoming call using the inline remote of your Tarah earbuds.

When paired to two or more devices, Tarah will automatically try and connect to two devices that have Bluetooth turned on and are in proximity to the Tarah earbuds. If you are having issues, make sure that only the two devices you want to connect to are turned on and in proximity.

To manually connect to two Bluetooth devices  using multipoint, follow these steps:

      1. Ensure you’ve paired your Tarah earbuds to both devices that you would like to connect to.

      1. Turn on your earbuds and connect them to your first Bluetooth device.

    1. To connect to the second Bluetooth device, find your earbuds on the Bluetooth devices list and select it to connect manually.
