I am having issues with my RunXT buds disconnecting / powering off every 30 minutes. I have read the existing responses from Jaybird to other consumers having the same issue, and like them, the resets and other solutions have not worked. My kids’ cheapo headphones work, my wife’s work, but the jaybirds don’t
what is the resolution for those of us that invested significant dollars in these only to have them not work?
At a time like now when I have to work from home and be on calls 10+ hours a day, the earbuds are useless.
i have not seen any follow ups from Jaybird as to a true solution and it is frustrating. This issue is found on your site, Amazon, google searches, etc.
