    Thank you for reaching out. I'll be happy to help you with this one.

    Please check if the buds are selected as default for media audio. A good indicator is that the sound will come out of your phone instead of the PC. In some cases, the PC requires a Bluetooth dongle/adaptor.

    You can further isolate the issue by connecting the buds to a different device or a device with a different OS.
