    Hello Viv,

Thank you for joining the community and for posting your query.

You can use the Jaybird app to help locate your earbuds. Find My Buds will show the last location that your earbuds were connected to your phone. Your phone determines location accuracy.

NOTE: Find My Buds requires location access and uses a small amount of additional phone battery. If you lost your right Vista bud, please note that you can order a replacement here:

    Hi Bruce,

Thanks for your speedy reply. My buds are connected to my phone but they were appearing on the app as if they were at home. From the other comments in this thread and your other social channels, it seems like this is a reoccurring issue and not unique to me. It seems that there might be a bug with the app and Jaybird are falsely advertising that the feature seems to help users find their eat buds when they don't. I've seen similar posts on other social channels about this, and to be honest your response hasn't been helpful.

This has been my first Jaybird purchase and have been really disappointed. I have made other comments in regards to waterproofing issues and impact on sound quality and I would have gone with the Jabra Elite buds in retrospect.
