Right bud completely stopped working.

    Hi Nicholas,

    Thank you for reaching out. I'll be happy to help you with this one.

    I listed some of the things I'd like you to try:

    Kindly try using a different power source/charger and/or a different USB cable. A pulsing green LED on each side means it is charging, solid green light when fully charged. It is recommended to use 5V/500mA-1A charger for 2 hours only.

    It would also help to ensure that the lid of the charging case is securely closed and the charger ports and prongs align accordingly and are free from debris.

    Once you get it to work, please check the buds if they're clean as well. You can also update their firmware. To do that, kindly follow the instructions here:

    Hi. I've now tried all the recommended steps and no luck. And just to be clear there is no charging issue with the case or left bud. Only the right. It is completely dead and will not charge.

    I'm in the same boat. But I'm on my second set of Vistas after the first set did the same thing and jaybird sent me a replacement set.  I've now been talking to customer service since March 25 and they still haven't told me if they are sending a replacement set of buds or figuring out how to get me a refund. At this point I want a refund because the right bud issue has been going on for nearly a year with no fix in sight.
