Right earbud not working.

    I will second this. Had my Vistas for a few months, no problems. Starting this morning, I can only hear out of left ear bud when paired to Macbook Air (iOS Catalina 10.15.3). However, I can hear both just fine when paired to iPhone — both Macbook and Jaybird app are up-to-date.

    ive had mine for about 8 months and this has happened once before and a hard reset fixed but now I have done like four or five hard resets and factory resets and the right earbud just isn't responding. the left earbud works fine but the right one is bugging me like crazy my phone model is an iPhone 7 that is on iOS 13.4.1

    I love these earbuds so it would be great if I didn't have to buy new ones

    Hey Alex, 

    They sent me a couple of emails trying to fix the problem, but they sent me a single right earbud and now it's wokring fine. Contact customer service ASAP.
