Hello, I tried updating my vistas using the app and the vistas suddenly stopped working for a while. After some time, the left earbud started working but the right earbud won't respond at all. Although the left earbud works, the jaybirds won't connect with any devices, nor would it reset itself from the charging case.
I've tried all solutions recommended in previous posts or on the app, none of them seem to fix the issue. Please let me know how to proceed from here.
