    Thank you for reaching out. I'll be happy to help you with this one.

    I also appreciate you being detailed with the troubleshooting steps you have tried. I'd like to ask if you get any error when trying to connect the buds?

    In the meantime, please try to uninstall/re-install the Jaybird App. Also, before you connect/re-pair power off your phone/device and let ten (10) seconds or so pass before you re-open your phone/device.

    Thanks for the reply man. 

    I tried your solution, but seems like it doesn't fix the problem. It doesn't pair at all, it doesn't even show any error messages. 

    please help bro, need it urgently.
