    The volume limit of your buds depend on the app and device that you're using. Please note that in some phones/devices, there is a limit for the max volume you can listen to as a safety feature.

    In some cases, the volume on the device is independent to the volume on the buds.

    Helle Bruce,

    Thanks for your reply. I checked all the settings on my phone, and in the apps(mainly just spotify) i use to play sound . But there are no settings that I can find to make the volume louder than it already is. Maybe you can me more specific? Or maybe you have other tips? I also find that sometimes it seems to be a connection issue, the sound/volume drops sometimes when I connect and then is louder again when I reconnect, is this a known issue?

    On your phone, there should be Media Volume Settings under Settings or you can check how the buds fit your ears. 

    You can further isolate the issue by connecting the buds to a different device, app or a device with a different OS.
