Jaybird Tarah Pro battery life unacceptable after 2 months of use

    Please try the following if you haven't already done so:

    - Try a different power source/charger
    - Computers are the best and safest method, as is anything 1 AMP or less.
    - Car chargers produce a much greater power supply and should be avoided.
    - To get the most out of your battery it is recommended to charge the buds when the low battery status is indicated.
    - Avoid charging your headphones after exposure to sweat.
    - Make sure charging port/cradle is clear of any debris.

    Hi Bruce,

    I've been exclusively charging the headphones with the jaybird cradle attached to my desktop PC and followed all the other guidelines you've outlined in your response. What would the next troubleshooting step be?

    I have the exact issue with the battery except the fact that mine's battery was defected out of the box. the battery drained so fast (I owned a pair of Tarah pro before and have to replace since I lost them). Now the battery just drain on itself which is so frustrating. Even if I tried all kind of resettings, it still doesn't work

    I experience the same. Got mine four months ago and now it keeps on draining so fast. And it's draining battery even if it's turned off! Totally ridiculous! Those are template replies from Bruce (look up all the complaints around here) and I don't think they bother solving it. 

    Anyway, will follow this thread for updates.
