The left earbud is not working

    Please check if the buds are clean and free of debris.

    You can also check if they're selected as default for media audio. A good indicator is that the sound will come out of your phone instead of the buds. Kindly confirm if you get audio from the right bud as well.

    You can further isolate the issue by connecting the buds to a different device or a device with a different OS.
