Fit of new buds/charging cord
Hi - hope this finds you safe & well!!
I am new to the wireless world & your product was recommended by the Best Buy sales rep. I’ve had them about 3 1/2 weeks & I am really struggling with fitting properly! I start out somewhat ok but as soon pick up my pace they start to slide out. I’ve done numerous things from changing buds sizes, to changing the clip, to no clip - just can’t seem to get it right! My right side is definitely more of a challenge than my left.
Also I am away from my home & with the current challenging times we are living in will not be able to go back home for several weeks. I did not pack the black charging cord when left as I did not expect not to be able to go home. Can I please get another cord?

For fit, you can try to use different size buds for the left and the right. They don't have to match. Please use the Jaybird App for more tips on how you can get your buds to fit.As for the charging cord, please note that you can use any generic micro USB type B cords that you may have and it will be compatible with your charging case.
These are fairly common nowadays so you shouldn't expect any problems finding it in an electronics stores.
