    Thank you for reaching out. I'll be happy to help you with this one.

    Kindly try the following if you haven't done so already:

    -Please check your buds are clean and free of debris.

    -Isolate the issue by testing using a different device or a device with a different OS and checking the voice prompts if it plays on both sides.

    -Check the fit; in some cases, one side fits flush or goes deeper into your ears. Hence the volume might not be the same on both sides.
