    Thank you for reaching out. I'll be happy to help you with this one.

    Kindly try the following if you haven't done so already:

    - Try a different power source/charger
    - Computers are the best and safest method, as is anything 1 AMP or less.
    - Car chargers produce a much greater power supply and should be avoided.
    - Over-charging the battery will quickly reduce the life of the headphones, so in addition to monitoring the power supply, limit the charge time to 2 hours,
    - To get the most out of your battery it is recommended to charge the buds when the low battery status is indicated.
    - Avoid charging your headphones after exposure to sweat.
    - Make sure charging port/cradle is clear of any debris.

    I tried all that and still nothing. The green light comes on when charging but won’t power on.

    That is exactly what is going on with mine. I have had them since around October and got them through rewards at my bank. I am VERY happy that I did not pay for them. They arrived with the ear pieces squished and I had to deal with their customer service to have new ones sent. They never really worked well so I didn’t use them very much. For example, they would be fully charged and I ‘d be having a conversation when suddenly the voice would say randomly “Connected.”
     And NOW they aren’t working AT ALL.
