X3 will not stay connected to iPhone

    Thank you for reaching out. I'll be happy to help you with this one.

    Kindly try the following if you haven't already:

    -Delete the Jaybird X3 from your phone's Bluetooth profile

    -Turn your IPhone off for at least ten (10) seconds before you turn it back on

    -Pair the X3's again with your phone

    You can further isolate the issue by connecting the buds to a different device or a device with a different OS.

    I followed these steps. It gave out again mid run and would not reconnect.
