Jaybird Tarah won't charge

    Hello Iago,

Thank you for reaching out. I'll be happy to help you with this one.

Kindly try the following if you haven't already:

    - Try a different power source/charger
    - Computers are the best and safest method, as is anything 1 AMP or less.
    - Car chargers produce a much greater power supply and should be avoided.
    - Over-charging the battery will quickly reduce the life of the headphones, so in addition to monitoring the power supply, limit the charge time to 2 hours,
    - To get the most out of your battery it is recommended to charge the buds when the low battery status is indicated.
    - Avoid charging your headphones after exposure to sweat.
    - Make sure charging port/cradle is clear of any debris.

I am having the same problem and have tried the tips that you suggest above to Iago, but have not gotten anything to work.  I have had my headphones for a little over one year and just started having problems with them a week or so ago.  First they would not fully charge.  Then they would not charge at all.  The charging light no longer comes on.  Any help would be appreciated.

I am having the same problems that Iago has described with my pair of Jaybird Tarah headphones, which I purchased in February of 2019.

I have tried to charge them at multple outlets in my home, all of which have worked in the past, but the charger light won't come on, or any other light. They seem to be dead and unresponsive.

Hi Lorenzo did you ever resolve this? This is exactly what has happened to me (and lots of others based on the popularity of this question now online)
