One earbud not working
Hi there,
The left earbud on my Freedom 2s is no longer working. I tried the hard reset and connected it to multiple devices and there is still no sound. I took off the soft earbud and I can see that the very top has disconnected (see attached a photo). It still doesn't work if I reattach. I'm not sure how this happened as I keep them in the storage bag when I'm not wearing them
