I previously successfully paired my Jaybird Vista to my Google Pixel. I had to send my phone in for servicing, including a factory reset of the phone. When I try to set up my Vista earbuds with my phone again, I followed the instructions (place both buds in case, close case, open case, push case button until blinking). However, the case won't start blinking and enter into pairing mode. The charging is still working well, and my Vista buds both still work with my existing laptop pairing.
If I take out an earbud, turn it on, then it shows up as an available Bluetooth device in my Android bluetooth devices. However, when I try to connect, it says "Pairing rejected by Jaybird Vista".
As I'm unable to get the charging case to enter pairing mode, I also cannot perform a factory reset of the buds.
What other options do I have to get the Jaybird app to recognize these buds again, and to get the case button to put the buds back into pairing mode?
