    I purchased these from Amazon 3 months ago. The buds are still working, and still pair with my laptop. The problem is with the case. Do you have any diagnostic software that I can use from my laptop, to connect via USB to the case? Something that can help me troubleshoot the problem, or to reset the charging case or the reflash the buds?

    This happened to me today when I got a new phone. It still connects to my old phone but does not reset or pair. The button makes the light turn on once for about 2 seconds. I bought these from the Jaybird site 11/19. They paired fine with my laptop. New phone said "pairing rejected by Jaybird Vista" even though the case would go into pairing mode. After I made the old phone "forget" the connection, the new one doesn't see it anymore.
