    Hi Jason,

Thank you for reaching out and I am sorry to hear about what happened, let me help you.

I've sent you an email with details on how we will proceed with this one.

Ashleigh Endsley and Nicholas Gutierrez, may I ask if you checked the buds if they're clean and free of debris? Moreover, can you share the troubleshooting steps you have tried (if any)?

The easiest way to contact us from here on will be via the email I sent, if you do not get the email, please give us a call on 866.244.3399.

    Hello Bruce!
I did both the soft and factory reset on my earbuds, as well as checking if there was any debris or dirt (which there wasn't) I also tried reinstalling the app.

I can't tell you how sick I am of this right earbud nonsense. I got a pair of Vistas for my bday last year (Aug. 2019). Used them daily for runs, music, phone calls, etc. No damage, clean, never wet aside from sweat during runs, etc. After about 3 months my right earbud stopped working. I could make out noise and the button presses still worked. After dealing with Jaybird customer service over email for a few weeks they finally sent me a replacement set. Well the new set comes around the start of the year and I have barely used them. Well, guess what the right earbud is dead again. I have tried pairing the Vistas to Samsung Galaxys, various iPhones and even a couple different TVs all with the same result.  I've also done hard and soft resets an nothing works. I had bought a couple cheap $20 wireless earbuds that worked well enough, though they would have the normal issues connection issues, they still worked over the last couple years. I figured that spending nearly $200 on a pair would solve the few issues I had with the cheap pairs and give me a set of earbuds I could rely on for awhile.  So far I've been proved very wrong.
