    I apologize but the information you're requesting for is proprietary. Please describe your buds' problem in a more detailed manner. Then, we shall troubleshoot. If we find that the troubleshooting steps were not helpful, I recommend against taking the buds apart to try and fix it as this will void your buds' warranty.

    Moreover, we can file a warranty claim together in an attempt to provide a warranty replacement.
