Jaybird Vista Doesn't Show Any Update

    Hi MertKuvel7075,

    Thanks for posting here in the Support Community with your question.

    To check if your Jaybird Vista earbuds have the latest update: 

    1. Download and open the Jaybird App.

    2. In Headphones tab, check if there is a new update available. If not, your earbuds are up to date. 

    The Jaybird App will notify you when there are any new updates available. You can also uninstall/re-install the Jaybird App as new.

    Hi Bruce,

    Thank you for this wise recommendation. But here is the thing: why It doesn't update even my firmware number (1.1.1) is below the last update (1.1.6) ? That's the problem.

    And the fact is, this morning I downloaded Jaybird App to my friend's iPhone (I use Android, Note 8), and connected to my Vista to his phone. Then I launched the app and boom, It started to update directly.

    So the answer you gave me above is not a good answer, I already know It should update automatically when I launch the app but It didn't even there was a new version.

    I don't know what is the exact problem but It should be related with Android app or maybe even specifically with Samsung smartphones. I recommend you to check the problem because with my Android app, I still won't able to get latest updates, I will need to connect my phone to iPhone all the time to check and update my Vista.

    Thanks for the update.

    Can you provide a screenshot of what you see on the Jaybird App as well as an image of your phone's specifications? Please include the Firmware, App and Software version of the Jaybird App, this can be shown on the App's main menu.
