    Nope. I have not. They have been on the charge 6 hours and only at 10%.

    Eww. Yep, same problem. I've submitted a support ticket, but I think these things are getting returned.

    On the app it says the left ear is 100% and the right is 10%. I’ve cleaned them off with a cue tip, even though I haven’t used them a dozen times, and trying to charge again.

    Weird - mine was showing (5%, 5% ) and now just (5%). I'm getting a firmware update notice, but that requires the buds to be at 30%...

    Hi Logi_Bruce - I never received an email so called the 866 number. I've opted to return via Amazon for a refund. Thanks.
