my jaybird x4 wont connect to my phone

    Hello Ben,

    Thank you for reaching out and posting here in the Support Community.

    Kindly uninstall the Jaybird App first. You can re-install it shortly after.

    Then, reset the buds as listed:

    1. Put your buds in pairing mode. Turn the buds off, then press and hold the Power Button for more than 4 sec until you see alternating red/green LED.
    2. While the LED is flashing red / green double press the Power Button.
    3. The LED will turn orange and your buds will turn off.

    You can re-pair the buds by following the instructions here:

    Your X4 will automatically connect to the Jaybird App once connected via Bluetooth.

    i tried this and it still doesnt work. and now the earphones wont even connect to my laptop now because it just keeps beeping ffs.
