Hello Jaybird Support, The rubber part of my Jaybird Tarah Pro headphone remote is starting to come apart. I cannot find any way to reach Jaybird customer support to share pictures and file a warranty claim. My headphones were purchased in April 2019 and this issue started late 2019 and is to the point of making the buttons hard to press. Does the warranty on these headphones cover this issue? How do I file a warranty claim before my 1 year warranty is up?
