    Hi Nilesh,

Thank you for joining the community and for posting your query.

I believe the issue is isolated only with the MacBook since you mentioned that you were able to connect your Vista with your IPhone 7. I highly suggest to contact Macbook Pro/Apple Support.

    Hi Bruce,

I am able to connect other bluetooth headphones with my macbooks. This is only specific to the Vistas. And even connecting to my iphone 7 was a pain. I had to connect it try 5-7 times before it actually connected. I dont believe this is a macbook issue. But will get in touch with apple support just in case.

    Regards,

    Nilesh

Any updates Nilesh? My vistas work poorly with my Macbook Pro as well. To date these are the only true wireless earbuds that I have issues with on my computer.

Hey apologies forgot to update this thread. So the original issue got resolved. I wasn’t connecting the headphones with the devices the right way. The headphones are supposed to be in the case when we are supposed to connect. That’s on me I didn’t read the instructions the right way. But after connecting the headphones with my iPhone 7 and MacBook Pro 2015 and 2019 I am not able to connect my headphones with my Macbooks they only connect with the iPhone 7. I have stopped looking at it because of lack of time on my end. Let me know if this is a known issue or if there’s something I’m not doing right. I would like seamless connection with all of my apple devices without resetting my headphones and making the apple devices forget the vista connections.

Just to clarify I connected my vistas to MacBook 2019 then MacBook 2015 then my iPhone 7. When I tried to connect back to my MacBook 2015 /2019 is when I had issues I am able to connect to my iPhone 7 without any issues.
