    Hello Grace I had the problem just a few minutes ago. This is what I did to fix it.

    1- remove Jaybird from blue tooth devices on your phone.
    2- open vista case & remove left ear bud.
    3- press and hold left button on ear bud for 20 seconds then put them back in the case. Close the case 
    4- open the case and perform factory reset
    5- pair jaybird back onto your phone.

    There is also a software update for the vistas Incase you haven’t done it yet. Hope this helps good luck.

    I have the same problem with my left bud. Tried all the resetting and nothing helps. The left bud won't turn on.

    I tried resetting them again several times as described, however now the left makes no sound at all (not even power on or off noise), and the right doesn't play anything but to tell when I turn them on or off. They have also stopped staying connected to my devices after about a minute or so. Jaybird app is also not responding to the earbuds despite an update.

    Hi Thomas,

    Kindly check if resetting the buds depleted the battery somehow.

    You can leave both buds to charge for a fixed duration (2 hrs). Kindly make sure that the power output of your charger/power source is at 5V/1A.
