    I'd like to ask what the issue is with updating your Run XT's firmware as this can help with the latency. Please note that we're looking into this.

    There are several factors at play, please isolate the issue using different devices or devices with a different OS.

    i don't have different devices or devices with different os to experiment at the moment...

    the software runs on my laptop with win7, and the jaybird run xt are detected on my devices, but when i follow the instructions on the firmware update app, it just stays there in the front page doing nothing...

    one thing i noticed is that, if i do a full reset to my jaybirds, the latency problem is solved while i don't turn my left earbud on, as soon as i turn it on, the latency starts and stays forever...
