Jaybird x3 discoloration on earbuds and cable

    Thank you for joining the community and for posting your query.

    You can clean your Jaybird X3's exterior to help with the discoloration but it should be done with extreme care to prevent it from being damaged or ripped. Also, it requires to be dried before using.

    The most simple way to clean this is by wiping it with a clean cloth that has been mildly dipped in water (not soaked or drenched). Then for the insides (part where the buds are inserted), you will need to use the rounded edge of a bobby pin to wipe or scrape off any debris that inside it.
