First I had a problem with only left earbud as it would not turn on. The device us fully charged.
I tried to reset the earbud, but this procedure only made it worse as I cannot pair the earbuds to any device now. The right earbud is still on (I head a sound while pressing the button on it).
- The pairing mode on the case does not always start when holding the button down
- Sometimes pairing mode only lasts two seconds before it stops
- Pairing mode will never cause the Vista to show up at any Bluetooth menu on a number of devices I've tested
- I've performed a factory reset a number of times, and it has no effect

- The case does recognize when the earbuds are put into it
