Charging Case Issues
I purchased the Jaybird Runs in December 2018. Have not had issues until only recentlly.
I think the charging case may have died. It is not responsive when I plug it in nor do the earbuds charge while inside. No lights - Nothing.
I have read some similar posts and this seems to be a common problem. I continue to use the USB cable which came with the device.
Can I please have a response to my problem? I have emailed and attempted to contact Jaybird via email and on Facebook, but I have unfortunately not received a response. I would prefer to not have to approach my state Consumer Affairs department on this issue.
