    Also happening to me, seems like a common problem just like the earphones not connecting despite being fully charged. Very poor quality considering the price.

    Hi Bruce, I'm also getting the same issue, right earbud is not working. And to add, the control area turns hot. Please advise what can I do to try and resolve this. Does a reset helps?

    Yes, you can try a reset. However, if the controller gets too hot, please refrain from using the buds and immediately contact us.

    Hey there!

    Today, I have experienced this same issue. While my controlling unit is still working, the earbud on the same side has stopped working completely. I’ve already contacted the Jaybird support. I’ve always had good experiences with the support, so I’m trusting in a good outcome!
