I'm experiencing issues similar to many others on here. A couple of weeks ago, my Tarah Pros suddenly shut off shortly after I turned them on. They wouldn't turn back on, so I tried charging them. After several attempts to charge them using different power sources, they still wouldn't turn on. I managed to do a hard reset, charged them and then used them successfully for another day. Then the next time I tried to use them (after charging again), they wouldn't turn on. I can charge them and monitor the charge with the app, but the only way to get them to turn on is to have them connected to a power source. I've tried numerous hard resets and factory resets. I've tried turning them on on the power cradle and removing them while on, only to have them immediately turn off. It's now been almost two weeks since I've successfully used them and I'd like to know what recourse I have. I've seen Bruce's suggestions about charging and I've followed them to the best of my ability. This does not appear to be a charging problem.
Furthermore, as I've seen others mention, the rubber cover over the buttons is pulling away. This has been an issue for months, but it doesn't seem to have impacted function, so I've just been dealing with it.
These were given to me as a gift and I've had them less than a year. Please let me know what recourse we have to resolve this issue. I don't want to abandon Jaybird after being a repeat user, but if this expensive pair of buds can't last a year, I don't think I'm likely to risk buying more or asking for them as gifts (as with this pair).
