Hello, Raahim speaking I ordered a pair of jaybird vistas from your official amazon retailer 5 months or so back. They were working fine until today, when the right earbud started making static fuzzy noises and then stopped working altogether . It still connects and button presses still work, but there is a complete lack of audio. I tried all the troubleshooting on your website and would like to claim my 1 year warranty and get a replacement bud. I have my amazon receipt/order status and the box if needed. Please advise me on this matter. Thanks
