Hey there, I am experiencing a number of issues with my Jaybird Run XT buds.
These were purchased less than six months ago and sold to me as one of the best in the market.
Here are my issues.
When removing the left ear from the case I am having to manually turn it on
The voice prompt tells me I am connected when I'm not, My phone also tells me the two are connected, I then have to exit the connection and reconnect.
The sound is sometimes distorted like a track I am listening to sounds like its skimming.
And now after a period of time around 15 minutes use, the buds shut themselves down.
As I have no hearing in my right ear I am reliant on my left bud and leave the right bud in the case.
When they work, they are great.
