Right phone does not have led on when placed in the 'chargercase'

    Thank you for reaching out. I'll be happy to help you with this one.

    I listed some of the things I'd like you to try:

    Kindly try using a different power source/charger and/or a different USB cable. A pulsing green LED on each side means it is charging, solid green light when fully charged. It is recommended to use 5V/500mA-1A charger for 2 hours only.

    It would also help to ensure that the lid of the charging case is securely closed and the charger ports and prongs align accordingly and are free from debris.

    I don't want to be rude but this answer has nothing to do with my problem.

     

    The chargercase is being used outside the charging cable, and at this point I remove the headphones and they are successfully paired with my cell phone!
    Shortly afterwards I want to store my headphones inside the chargercase, I adjust them correctly with the 5 connector pins and close the cover, it is at this moment that the right earphone does not have the LED on, only the left!

    I appreciate your clear and prompt response. Sorry for the misunderstanding.

    May I ask what color the LED is when the charging case is closed with the buds in? Note that there should be three lights; one on each side and one in the middle. It would help if you can describe which one lights up, which ones do not and what color the LED are.

    This will give us a better understanding on what's happening with either the buds or the case. Another thing worth noting is, depending on the LED lights, there may not be an issue at all. I look forward to hearing back from you with this information.

    Ok, let's go ...

    When I put the headphones in the chargecase to keep them and consequently start loading the headphones, just the left side of the chargecase is with the green LED, the direct stays dark, signal that is not loading the right side.

    I have to be toted and returning to put the headphones inside the chargecase so that both are with the LED in the green color.

    Insurance, green LED green button, green half green LED, dark LED direct button.

    This came to happen after you have updated the firmware.
