My jaybird x4 no longer work unless they are connected to the charger. Once I remove from the charger (even on a full battery) the headphones die as soon as they are unplugged. The point of purchase will not help me since I don’t have a receipt (it was a gift). I have been in contact with Jaybird support before and have a Ticket number (see below).
