    We allow for a small amount of latency when watching video using Jaybird Run XT. To ensure a premium music and sound experience and to guarantee the left and right earbud are always in sync, we introduce a small latency. The amount of latency can differ based on your operating system and video streaming app.

    Jaybird Run XT are designed to ensure a premium audio experience while running. The following are also worth checking:

    -Quality of your internet connection 

    -Stability of your Bluetooth connection

    -Check if you can replicate this issue when using a different device or a device with a different OS
