    I bought my X3's in early 2018. I only use mine once or twice a week. My issue is almost exactly the same as Gabriel's. They were about 60% when I turned them off. I charged the fully and the power button will no longer turn them on. Please share any fix for this problem.

    I'm experiencing the same issue. I submitted a support request via the Jaybird website last week but haven't heard anything.

     

    @jaybird_bruce can you please advise? I've attempted multiple reset options as well as connected them via USB to the Jaybird X3 Firmware Update Assistant app on my computer.
