I've bought my pair of X3s in October 2017 and they have been phenomenal so far. I've constantly use them when I am working out at the gym or running. But two weeks ago, after a normal gym session they stopped working... They had approximately 60% of battery left but they wouldn't turn on. The next day I've tried to reset them or try any of the solutions you provided in the forums like holding the power button until the light flashes and then double clicking or even a method where you hold the power button for 8 seconds twice, but nothing worked... Also, when I connect them to the computer I see the green light on (as it if were fully charged) but it wont still power on, or even inform me the battery status (holding down the volume key). What I see is that it seems like the main hub of the earbuds stopped responding.
I only charge them with the original charger with my computer pc probably once a week, the battery lasts usually a whole week before having to charge again.
I don't understand why this happened and I've been recommending the brand to everyone I know so for me right now this is a shock, specially because they are high end earbuds... can you help me with this problem please?
