I am having the same problem as others in that my Tarah Pro is not connecting to my Microsoft Surface running Windows 10. I have two Surfaces and neither can connect. It says it is connected but nothing happens. Then is just changes to paired
I note that even when connected, the connection is not registered as an audio device.
Other earlier questions on the same topic seem to remain unanswered suggesting there is no fix and there is indeed a bug with this product. Jaybird support can you please confirm whether there is a known problem or is there something else we need to try.
