    If you bought them within 30 days, return them to the store you purchased from. If not, they will send you an email for the warranty. Unfortunately, they are very slow to respond to the email after you reply.

    I live in NZ and bought them in Hong Kong late December... so no longer in the 30 days, however also not able to return to the store... any suggestions??
